Leterman Discloses Secrets of Selling

In this book, Leterman discloses what he believes the secrets to selling are. The book is wonderfully formatted and breaks down the different aspects of selling into nice, easily digestible chapters. Incorporating interesting and entertaining anecdotes, he manages to keep the reader focused and learning through his experiences as an insurance salesman.
Selling, truly is an art, as he describes it. He also points out how selling can be as basic as selling yourself as a friend - it doesn't have to be a product.
All in all, I enjoyed this book. It has a lot that one could learn from it and I only rate it a medium because at certain points it lags in detail.
