Gave me hope

I liked this book and chose 5 stars because the authors definatley understood what traumatic stress is, and what a person feels and goes through. Not many people understand, but these two women do. Thank God. The book is ans was so helpful in aiding me in my recovery. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs understanding and help in overcoming the fear that traumatic stress has emoblized them.
